Master of Laws in International Human Rights, PUC

I got recommended from my friends who taughtat Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) to apply for Master Program supported by

Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights (RWI).

  • It is free. Yearly, RWI provides full 14 scholarships and PUC provides half scholarship tuition fee for two students;
  • Professors are educated, professional, understandable and encouraging;
  • PUC educational systems are good;
  • Clear school curriculums and plans for the course;
  • Assignment and papers requirement;
  • You will get to know more people from deferent fields and sectors;
  • You will be improved in writing and researching skills; and
  • You will understand deeply in the mechanism how promote and protect human rights internationally, regionally and locally.

If you work and study at the same time, you will find this class is toughed because you have to have high commitment in accomplishing all tasks assigned by Professors. However, the classes are very convenient and you always find solutions to get a good grade if you are very committed in the class.

The schedule for this program is in the evening. A lot of students are working for full time and look very exhausted coming to class and lost concentration. However, commitment and motivation are needed to make everyone working hard and continue this journal.
