Inspiring Feeling

Image
I do not have and live a perfect life. There are many things I need to accomplish to file out my lacking spaces. Therefore, I keep hunting and seeking for opportunities. I always set the goals and make my dreams; therefore, I have energy to open my eyes and keep working hard consistently. Becoming to this stage, I have failed many times and every time I fail, it hurts a lot. To make myself feeling better and continue fighting, I tell myself, I will get something a lot of better than this failed one. It always needs time to cure and make your feeling calm.  It is a happiness feeling when you can contribute your knowledge and inspire people to work hard in order to have a bright life. I spent my weekend in sharing young women (mostly they are in 3rd year of their university) Human Rights and Women and life experience how to fight with your passion and goals.  Sharing session on  Human Rights and Women Meeting and talking to them made me think of my life when...

Trip to Europe 2017

Image
On April 2017, I obtained an exchange course for my master degree to attend Lund University, Sweden for 6 weeks. Beside spending my time in class in Sweden, I traveled to other countries such as Denmark, France, Germany, Finland and Norway. It is good opportunity to see and learn from people, architecture, public services and culture in different cities and countries.  How to travel in European countries?  Visa: if you receive Schengen visa, you can travel in 26 European countries without requesting specific visa in specific country. Transportation: there are many kinds of public transportation in Europe such as bus, train (include metro), ferry and plane. If you have short time visiting, the plane is very convenient and the price is not so expensive if you book early. However, you can search for the cheap flight such as Easyjet or Norwegian Airline because the ticket is cheap and similar to the price of train and bus. For the train, it runs across...

Visiting a Cham Community

Image
November 8, 2016 I went to visit a Cham community in Kampong Chhnang province and spent a night there. It was very great memory and I wish to share this experience and inspiration to everyone. I was in work pressure and wished to escape and disappear from the city for a while. Work is challenged and spending more time with communities made me feel good about myself. There are about 100 families living in this community along a red road. Women plays very important role in earning income and support the family. I came to visit a Cham women business, producing hand crafted products such as bags, wallets, scarves and shawls for women. Their working schedule is from 8 am to 12 PM and back 2 to 6 PM and if there is any demands from customers, they have to work overtime. The ladies have to get up early morning, go to market to buy food and cook breakfast for her parents, husband and children. At noon time, they have to go back home and cook lunch. Some ladies get supported from husba...
